The Estoril Group, bearing in mind the applicable legal and regulatory provisions in force, approved the “Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct”. The Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct embodies the principles of action and the mission of the Group Estoril Sol, constituting a guide for the daily action of everyone to whom it is addressed, so that they can guide their
decisions, their behaviors, their actions and omissions in accordance with those that are recognized, are the principles and values of the Group Estoril Sol. Specifically, this Code aims to:

• Establish standards of professional behavior with regard to the Group’s relations with its Employees, among themselves, between them with partners, customers, suppliers and other Interested Persons, internal or external, namely with public institutions and entities;

• Create mechanisms to prevent infringements and prohibited conduct or that, in some
way, are worthy of censorship;

• Create the monitoring and control mechanisms that ensure the intended effectiveness
of the entire content of this Code.

All Recipients have a duty to report, through the available channels, any violation of this Code of which they are aware, with the express guarantee that there will be no retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, reports abnormal conduct, using the procedures established for this purpose end.

this Code through the email address: whistleblowing@estoril-sol.com or sent, by letter to Apartado 383, 2766-801 Estoril,
being able to follow (or not) the formulary model available at www.estorilsolsgps.pt.

The Estoril Sol Group ensures that the notifications received will be treated with confidentiality, exemption and priority in the treatment, ensuring the anonymity of the Participant, if applicable, and that it will proceed to the protection of the Participant’s personal data, if known, and of the suspect of the practice of possible infraction, pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Policy and Law 58/2019, which ensures the implementation in the portuguese legal framework of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016.
